12 green onions, chopped
2 onion, chopped
2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 kilo mixed chicken parts
In a food processor or blender, combine the green onions, onion, jalapeno pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, thyme, cloves, nutmeg and allspice. Mix for about 15 seconds.
Place the chicken in a medium bowl, and coat with the marinade. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
Preheat grill for low heat add smoke chips in smoker box. Smoke for an hour, or til almost cooked through. Put chicken in oven at low heat (250 degrees fahrenheit) to finish cooking and keep warm.
